Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, veggies and 3 cups water to a pot.
  2. Put bay leaf and dash it with cinnamon, pepper and corn.
  3. Pressure cook for 3 whistles until chicken is tender.
  4. Set the chicken aside. Shred the meat and discard bones.
  5. Heat the pan with oil and saute ginger and garlic.
  6. Add veggies and fry for a min.
  7. Strain the chicken stock and add salt to it.
  8. Serve it warm by squeezing in lemon juice and pepper powder.

Voila! Your dish is ready..
