Chicken Soup

Who doesn't crave for this yummilicious chicken soup during monsoons
Not only tasty but healthy too..Let's jump right in..
Ingredients
(2 servings)
- 250gms Chicken
- Vegetables of your choice
- 1/2 cup sweet corn
- 1 tbsp ginger and garlic chopped
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 bay leaf
- Pepper and salt
Instructions
- Add chicken, veggies and 3 cups water to a pot.
- Put bay leaf and dash it with cinnamon, pepper and corn.
- Pressure cook for 3 whistles until chicken is tender.
- Set the chicken aside. Shred the meat and discard bones.
- Heat the pan with oil and saute ginger and garlic.
- Add veggies and fry for a min.
- Strain the chicken stock and add salt to it.
- Serve it warm by squeezing in lemon juice and pepper powder.
Voila! Your dish is ready..
